It’s no secret that I’m bit of a tea addict, I can’t go a day without having about 6 cups of tea on the go. Over the past couple of years I’ve really been relying on caffeine to get me through the day, needing at least two cups of tea before I can get going with my day. While I enjoy a caffeine pick-me-up, I’m finding myself becoming more reliant on it, so I’m trying to cut back on it.

Yogi teas are experts in creating flavoured healthy tea, and have been doing so since 1960. Each tea is really lovely, and their bedtime tea really helps me to drift off to sleep.
