It’s been a little while since I last wrote about how I was quitting sugar, hasn’t it? Since my last update, I’ve completed another two weeks of the program and have now moved onto my fourth week of the challenge. Who would have thought I’d stuck with it for this long hey?!
As a reader of this blog, you should know by now I like cats right? Last year I adopted Jeff, and since then he featured on my blog quite a lot, and then earlier this year we met Victor, and another kitty was in our lives. My cats mean a lot to me, and it’s often joked that I treat them like my children. And because they mean so much to me, I like to make sure I take good care of them, and ensure that their both very happy in their forever home.
I’m really guilty at not giving myself time to relax. I’m forever running around, either at work, visiting friends, and even at the weekends I’m guilty of being really busy. I’m starting to give myself a little more ‘me’ time. Thing is when life is full of hustle and bustle, it’s hard to give yourself some time to actually sit and relax, but lately there’s a few things I’ve been doing to give myself a chance to relax.
